I want to highlight the text Lisa & Dawne in IL have created to help WJ-IL members use their course units effectively.

They've added center sections to the Courses tab (http://il.webjunction.org/do/Navigation?category=372) and to the course catalog (http://il.webjunction.org/do/Navigation?category=442) that explain who has paid for the courses while providing learners with helpful tips for success.

The CID's for these center sections are 16324 (courses tab) and 18332 (course catalog) if you'd like to copy & adapt them for your WJ sites.

Hi everyone,

Katarina & Donovan have just provided a sample text that you can use for messaging the course catalog transition to key stakeholders. You'll find that text attached in the Word document, Course Transition Communication.

They've also provide the following time line for our communication plan throughout April & May:

*Warning (to complete courses & print certificate): Communication to all members; appears on Courses page 5/5.

*Email Reminder: Communication to all members; sent 5/21; (draft of email sent to CPs one week prior, 5/14)
